The Forward RMB-5MAX is the central equipment of the package, designed for OCA laminating and bubble removal, suitable for both flat screens,

as well as edge, in-frame screens or tablets. The large 16-inch working surface allows processing of even large displays,

such as the iPad Pro 12.9", making it suitable for a wide range of service interventions.

The model is equipped with a Smart Pressure Regulating system, which includes integrated folders for flat and edge screens,

allowing quick use without complicated settings. At the same time, parameters can be customized as needed,

and the precise CNC pressure adjustment helps achieve a superior laminating effect compared to manual adjustment.

Intuitive operation, high precision, and uniform results

The RMB-5MAX features 4 high-precision linear guides designed to maintain laminating accuracy over the long term.

The 8-inch capacitive screen offers a clearer interface and more sensitive operation, and vacuum and laminating parameters

are displayed in an easy-to-follow and controlled manner. For the best results, the machine is equipped with a large 100 mm cylinder,

which contributes to wrinkle-free and bubble-free laminating. Additionally, the optimized construction, high-precision hardware upgrades,

software innovations, and rigorous internal design contribute to reduced weight, a more compact volume, and a lower failure rate.

FW-122B and FW-126S - essential components

The Forward FW-122B air compressor provides the compressed air necessary for the correct operation of the system, while the Forward FW-126S vacuum pump
